Why Do Partners Hire Hand2Paw Graduates?
Our interns receive up to six months of work skills training plus ongoing post-internship alumni support from H2P staff. This doesn’t just set our graduates up for success—it also offers employers more in-depth knowledge about potential hires.
H2P participants may also earn a Work Readiness Certificate in accordance with Career Ready PA standards. This certificate features a comprehensive list of work skills such as:

- Problem solving
- Personal skills
- Customer focus
