We are always looking for job partners to help our graduates transition to long term employment. Our interns get six months of work skills training and 3+ months of post-internship support as they transition to a new job, setting up our graduates for success while affording employers more in depth knowledge about a potential hire than any interview could ever provide.

Through completing the Hand2Paw program, our participants gain enhanced employability skills necessary to be career and community ready. In order to accomplish this, we’ve designed a Work Readiness Certificate in accordance with the Department of Education’s “Career Ready PA” standards, which includes a comprehensive list of work skills such as self-management, problem solving, personal skills, customer focus, dependability, and integrity.
